The master bedroom features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the ocean.  The guest room has a queen size bed with ocean views.

Enjoy indoor outdoor living with walk out from kitchen or living room to the large private balcony which overlooks the ocean, and mountains.

Riomar is a well loved and popular luxury beach front community loaded with ammenities for your enjoyment.  There are  4 large pools (2 are salt water) as well as a couple smaller childrens pools, there is also a childrens play area, a restaurant, a spa, a gym, a games room (with billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey) a small soccer field, 1 hoop basketball court and a lawn bowling green.  The beach is mix of  black & white sand, and it awesome for surfing, boarding, kayaking & paddle boarding and just hanging out or taking long walks at low tide.

This non-smoking apartment is available for long or short term rentals.  Pets will be considered.
